Hugo (2011)

Watched Hugo and I’m absolutely under Asa Butterfield’s spell. The movie is lovely and its atmosphere was so touching, and I liked how the story slowly turned into something complete. I’m not sure I would have nominated it for the Best Picture at the Academy Awards but it’s still a nice film and it was interesting to see the true parts of the story (moments of the life of George Meliés, the filmmaker). And Asa was the perfect choice for Hugo, he could make me believe things and made me cry.
